Wisdom realizes and acknowledges that it’s impossible for us to know and understand everything. It makes perfect sense to trust the only One who does. He’s good and He’s worthy of our full trust. He placed this little nugget in the “wisdom book” of Proverbs, just for us. It relieves all the pressure of thinking we have to understand everything. He knows we can’t and He cares. He’s telling us, “I've got this!”
“Trust in the LORD with all your heart,
and do not rely on your own understanding;
in all your ways know Him,
and He will make your paths straight.”
Proverbs 3:5-6 CSB
